napokon sam danas resio problem 
probao sam i radi
ko je imao iste probleme neka skine i neka uziva
il2fovchanger.byethost7.com/
ja sam za moj monitor 22'' 1920*1080 :
u il2 confini :
[window]
width=1920
height=1080
ColourBits=32
DepthBits=24
StencilBits=8
ChangeScreenRes=0
FullScreen=1
DrawIfNotFocused=0
EnableResize=1
EnableClose=1
SaveAspect=0
Use3Renders=0
[DeviceLink]
port=1711
IPS=192.168.x.xxx ovde ide umesto x (vasa IP)
a u podesavanjima za FOV changer sam stavio da mi default FOV bude 106 , minimalni 30 i maximalini 106 i velicina pomeranja FOV-a je 2.
UZIVAJTE i spremite se da vas derem . . . mozda . . . dedica)
